Meal in a Jar
Pour ingredients into Blender with 1 Cup cold water or Milk, 1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt, 3 ice cubes,
dash Vanilla. Optional any favorite fresh fruit. Recommend Berries, Peaches, and/or Bananas. Some Fruit take over the taste, as in oranges. Blend Low then well on High.
Rich in Omega 3, Magnesium, B 12, Manganese, antioxidants. Non-fat Milk, Banana, Walnut Pumpkin & Flax seeds.
