Organic olive oil purchased in bulk from Azure Standard and broken down into smaller quantities.
Our oil is pressed from organic, Mediterranean olives. There’s no chemical processing, no hexane or heating involved. The oil is third-party tested for all the attributes of purity, so we’re absolutely sure there are no steroidal hydrocarbons, pesticides or additives. During the pressing the processes the oil at ambient / room temperature. The ideal temperature for crushing and pressing the olives is between 19˚C (66.2 F) to 21˚C (71.6F). If the environment is too cold, the mill crushing area is heated to stabilize the temperature.
