2, Flat 11.25" Rounds

Two, flat, 11.25" pie dough rounds ready to slip into a pie dish for your favorite pie, tart, or quiche, sweet or savory. Organic flour and real butter. 

Refrigerate if it will be baked within 3-4 days, otherwise stick in the freezer. Use just like any other frozen pie crust or as your recipe indicates (ie prick with fork and bake until golden). 

Hillside Bread uses only organic flour that we grow and mill on our farm south of Bellevue.
