This wild-caught Alaskan sockeye salmon was hand-picked by Wood River Valley locals, Keith & Mandy Wilson, in the Bristol Bay commercial harvest season. Each fish is sustainably caught and treated with care. The sockeye are then iced, processed by hand, and flash-frozen before making their journey to Idaho. Wild Alaskan salmon is a source of clean protein, full of omega-3 fatty acids, and beneficial micronutrients such as astaxanthin. Cost is per pound, and total price will be adjusted for the actual weight of the fillet. Fillets contain pin bones.
