Frozen fillets 6-10 oz per fillet from Idaho steelhead trout farm-raised by the Lemmon family farming business (dab Blind Canyon Aquaranch Inc.) and hand-filleted in our family-owned processing facility (dab Idaho Springs Foods LLC) located in the Magic Valley. The flesh is orange/red because the fish are fed a premium diet containing a natural source of astaxanthin.
