Portlandia Foods founders kicked around the idea of a condiment company with two aims: to bring respectability back to our food and engage the community. After hours in the kitchen, Portland Ketchup was born.
Portlandia Foods partners with local distributors and also farmers, who in turn partner with ladybugs and honeybees (like the cute guys featured on our bottles) to produce our condiments the way nature intended. No monocultures, no pesticides, no corn syrup. So you get products good for your health, palate, and the environment.
Portlandia Foods’ Worcestershire Sauce is vegetarian and adds flavor to chili, pasta and salads. This flavorful condiment is packed with vitamins that aid in the improvement of the immune system because of vitamin B6-rich foods such as molasses, apple cider vinegar, garlic, cloves and cayenne pepper.
