This is a high protein(>12%), T120 high extraction (nearly whole wheat) flour that is great for bread, pasta, tortillas, pizza crust, and much more. Family grown and freshly milled in the Bellevue Triangle. Our wheat is free of glyphosate and other chemicals; flour is unaltered with zero additives.
