We are a family-owned ranch that has been operating in the Wood River Valley, just south of Bellevue since 1979. Our first and foremost priority is providing the best possible care for our livestock and land. This in turn brings you, the customer, the highest quality local grass-fed and grass-finished beef available.We are currently in our ninth year of selling our delicious beef. We have become well known in the valley through farmers markets, online sales, & Kraay’s Market & Garden. Our beef has maintained a reputation for having consistent quality and taste and has built us an increasing customer base.Through Kraay’s Market & Garden, we sell our packaged frozen beef in a variety of cuts including ground beef, ground chuck, short ribs, stew meat and an assortment of steaks and roasts.We greatly appreciate everything that Kraay’s Market & Garden has done for our business.
